Can you believe it is already December & that we are three weeks out from Christmas? Craaazy. With the Christmas Holiday quickly approaching I am constantly looking for that additional dose of sparkle for any outfit. Even though I love getting dressed up, I also love taking simple everyday layers and adding elements of sparkle, like these Loren Hope cuffs: Alex Cuff, Sarra Cuff & Clara Cuff. This past weekend, I spent some time in South Carolina visiting family. Saturday morning, we headed to my Granddad's house out on the water, which makes for a super chilly day. So I grabbed my coziest outfit, layered up & added some sparkle, duh!

Doses of added sparkle (even on rainy days) helps brighten my mood. Lucky for you, I teamed up with The Jeweler's Wife to give you your choice of ONE Loren Hope Cuff (choices are: Alex CuffSarra Cuff & Clara Cuff). The Jeweler's Wife is a new site owned by Reeds Jewelers, but offers budget-friendly pieces that don't break the budget. Some of my current favorites from the site are: Pretra Pendant, Alex Cuff in Pine, and Beatrix the Beetle Cuff.  You can def. get some Holiday Shopping done with $10 off your first $30 purchase use code JW1030, plus free shipping!

A couple years ago, you wouldn't catch me dead in a pair of leggings, let alone opaque tights...with a skirt. Now, I don't think there is a single day that I don't wear leggings at some point. Be it: lounging around the house, running errands, as pjs, or to go out in. N even made a statement the other night when we were out, "So I guess nowadays girls just wearing those legging things & throw on a shirt & they consider it an outfit?" - (yep, babe you are very right!)

So back to opaque tights. I remember back in the day when my mom use to make me wear these tights to school + church on Sunday with skirts & dresses (& I hated it!). Now, I have way to many pairs to choose from (funny how that works out). When putting this outfit together, I knew that there was no way that I could wear this semi-short Tribal skirt without something underneath to keep my little ol' legs warm, so I pulled out the tights, threw on my favorite black suede wedges & paired it with a sheer burgundy top. & to complete the look I kept myself warm with my new Faux Leather Sleeve Coat.

What I love about Halloween is pretty much summed up in this little round-up. I am a sucker for Fall everything but when it comes to going to the pumpkin patch + picking out my very own sexy (per the neighbor) white or orange pumpkin, it doesn't get much better then that. I love the smell of pumpkin candles around the house (wish I could burn them year round!). & I love decorating the house with pumpkin/halloween decorations. This year I have been slacking a little bit, but I still have time, since in my mind Halloween decorations (not the skeleton, spiders, zombies type) can be left up all throughout November, until it's time for Christmas decorations! Oh & last but not least, I love dressing up! & how cute is this little cheetah costume! Need I say more? What are your favorites about Halloween? Tell me! Tell me!
