Hello Thursday! & Hello to another Coffee Talk. Let's get to it!
FEELING: A little on the sad side lately. I really miss my parents, specifically my mom. Sometimes, all I want is to grab a coffee or go run errands with her. I wanna help make dinner together and sleep in my old bed. I miss her laugh and how excited she gets over the littlest things. Right now, all we have is chatting on the phone & I want more than that. Hopefully we will get to hang out soon :)
WATCHING: Since everyone has been talking about how amazing House of Cards is I have been trying to convince N that we should jump on the bandwagon & join in. Originally, N was hesitant since he is obsessed with the Olympics & there is NO way he could possibly miss any curling (goodness no!), but we started a couple days ago & are already 5 episodes in. I am quite impatient & am already looking forward to getting to the second season. But until then I have to cover my eyes + plug my ears so that I don't spoil it.
THANKFUL FOR: I'm sitting here trying to think about what I am thankful for & honestly I am thankful for SO much. I live such a beautifully blessed life & I think I take that for granted sometimes. Starting today, I am going to start writing down 5 things that I am thankful for in a notebook every day! Join me!
THINKING ABOUT: Next week, N + I are taking a little mini trip to Wisp resort to go snowboarding. I haven't been snowboarding in a couple years, but I am really looking forward to it. I am excited about having a night away with N & enjoy a little bit of relaxation. & I can't leave out the fact that there will be some serious soreness because I am pretty sure I will be superwomaning down the mountain. I'll let you know if I break any bones! ha
EATING: N's normal days off each week are Thursday/Friday so this morning he made a delish breakfast which included scrambled eggs with cheese + sausage. I just finished devouring it :)
READING: I have been digging into the millions of magazines I have yet to read. I can never seem to catch up on all magazine reading, is that typical for you too?
LOVING: The Yes To Carrots products have quickly become part of my daily regimen since I received them in the mail last week. I have constantly eyed these products while out shopping but have never actually purchased any & now I wish I had. The Yes To Carrots products are fragrance-free & 96% all natural. I use the Yes To Carrots exfoliater every couple days & the Yes To Carrots Cream Daily Facial Cleanser morning & night along with my Clarisonic. I finish off each morning with the Yes To Carrots Daily Moisturizer & at night I use the Intense Hydration Night Cream. I have already seen my skin respond to the products & am really happy so far. I am going to continue to use the Yes To Carrots products on a daily basis & see if my dry-unruly skin continues to improve.
