our 4th of July weekend in pictures

good evening my wonderful new friends. i had an amazing, laid-back, easy going weekend {even tho i was sick for a majority of the time} but nick & i still managed to enjoy ourselves. here is a journey through our weekend :]

friday night.
relax. cuddle. cheesecake factory happy hour  + dinner. 
followed by catching up on tv shows.


saturday.
day: woke up sick :[ -- so ran errands & napped all day.
evening: yummy italian dinner in DC at Piccolo.

sunday.
day:  lazy day again.
we were suppose to go walk around in DC
at the museums, but i  was sick.
& the pool was in the forecast as well --
BUT serious laziness set in :]
evening:  dinner at Texas Road House 
for some delicious burgers! & plans were to go 
to the range so i  could test out my new golf clubs 
BUT laziness :]  instead i made cupcakes & we bought fireworks.

monday.
4th of July.
day: spent the morning driving w. an upset stomach :[
made it too nicks parents house. finished some homework. relaxed.
evening: went to a nice dinner with his family at Hondos 
{filet mignon + crab + blue cheese wedge salad + wine}
the drive home consisted of torrential down pours. 
off to see the fireworks yeah. didn't happen :[
BUT we did manage to get our festive matching {Red + White + Blue}  outfits in a couple pictures




i love this man. he is my other half.
i  could start {forever} any day.
