give me patience.

Hi to all you lovely My Unrehearsed Life readers! I am Jess from Drops of Motherhood and I am so happy to be here. First off I want to thank Ashlyn for putting together this button swap for October. :)

So like I said, my name is Jess and I am a new blogger. I have been blogging for about 3 months now and am getting to know the nicest people ever. I began blogging as a way to show what I do on a day to day basis as a SAHM with my son Hayden, however that will be changing. My fiance and I have been struggling financially so I am off to the work world again. I will begin working as a pharmacy tech at my local Rite Aid and couldn't be more excited. Not only is it a great opportunity as a career but I also get to see my bestie all the time, which if you are a mom you know that sometimes you lose touch with your friends and it will be great to not be home all day. I will still be blogging as much as possible because I love it! I had no idea how many wonderful people I would meet and that I would find so many other moms just like me.

As you can see my life is unrehearsed as it gets but it is getting somewhat back on track. I have started being active in my church again, am learning how to cook, and am getting our house organized. Let me tell you it feels great! If you read my blog you will learn to see that I suffer from social anxiety and anger issues. Sometimes it's just nice to know that I am not alone. Ashlyn's post really opened my eyes and made my day a little brighter. However I totally understand where she is coming from when she says that she finds it difficult to lean on the Lord because I find myself there too. I have only just recently been able to give everything to God and trust that everything will be okay. What ways do you make sure God is staying active in your life? Do you put your full trust into a faith/God/higher being?
